BUTTERBALL - aka Momma Kitty
The skinny, grey tabby, Momma Kitty, and her 5 adolescent kits were brought to our Spay n Save Clinics to be fixed. We were told at check in that she had been with the family for a year and kept having babies. They wanted them fixed. We s/n the whole clan, but they were never picked up. The family said they didn't want them back.
We tested Momma and she is FIV positive, but very healthy. So healthy in fact that she has put on weight and we now call her Butterball. She is a solid girl who likes to throw her weight around. She loves rubs and butt scratches, but being so independent, she is not your typical lap cat. Her beautiful cream eyelined eyes are loving but firm.
